O wall cabinet for Métaphores Paris / Hermès

The O wall cabinet was designed by Jacobsroom Studio in Rome as a special limited edition for Milan Design Week in collaboration with Métaphores Paris / Hermès.

The limited-edition cabinet is inspired by the Renaissance triptych, a work of art that is divided into three sections, or three carved panels that are hinged together and can be folded shut or displayed open. The front of the wooden wall cabinet has a graphical facade in shades of light gray and anthracite colors. The minimalist design with a superimposed double door closure enhances its character as a unique contemporary decor. The luxury interior decor is handcrafted by master artisans in Rome with exceptional care and attention to detail. The three-dimensionally crafted wooden geometries enter in flawless communication with the precious textiles from the Hermès Métaphores Collection.
The cabinet is a luxury interior statement to any contemporary home architecture. Its sculptural design exudes graceful fluidity, blending art and function.
